Offers
Well, we bit the bullet and put in some offers on a few homes. We are low-balling the asking price quite a bit, so we will just see what the responses are from the various sellers over the next few weeks. Even though we don't expect many bites from our offers, it is all kind of exciting still though!!

Lowballing is totally the way to go. Especially in the environment that is the AZ housing market. You never know when you may come across someone who is desperate enough to take your offer.
