False Labor

Oh, the joys of the end of pregnancy! So I was up in the middle of the night for 3 hours with contractions anywhere from 2-6min apart. At 5:15am I had decided that I would wake Andy & my Mom and head to the hospital at 6am. Twenty minutes before 6, the contractions stopped dead. About 30min later they started again, but they were very infrequent (10-25min apart), and have since tapered down to nearly nothing...maybe 2 in an hour.

I am leaving for my 38 week OB appt in about half an hour, so we will see what she says about the "labor" last night and about my dilation. I will post an update when I get back.
